Green and clean

On Thursday, Emi's teachers reported that he had a green day (no block throwing! hooray!)*. This was a cause of much celebration. We Skyped Mari, took a shower, caught some Dora and some Toot and Puddle (see the photos below), and then Emi got twenty minutes of playtime on Mari's computer.

And the Rangers beat the Twins, 4-1, and thus held on to their two game lead over the Angels.



*Update: Friday morning, Emilio confessed to me that he had done a little bit of block-throwing on Thursday, but Ms. Ada had forgotten to tell me.

Skyping Mama

Before Maria left, I asked Emilio what he would miss most during her absence. He didn't hesitate a moment before answering "her hugs and kisses."

Good answer.

Fortunately, almost every day, Skype gives us her smiles and the sound of her voice.
