Emi Wants to Direct

It may be a cliche that all actors want to direct, but as the following video shows, the directing bug bit Emi on this day. Though the scene called for the young performer to offer his rendition of "Summertime," he soon went off-script, resorting to a meditative improvisational scat that was only loosely tethered to the Gershwin tune. Something about this process convinced him that he would rather be on the other side of the viewfinder and he promptly made these desires clear.

Emilio loves to transport groceries from the hall to the kitchen. He prefers to take each item out of its bag first, though (making this a long-ish video). It's like Christmas all over again.

Having mastered the intricacies of the single-sided puzzle, Emilio has recently taken on the challenge of six-sided puzzle cubes. He also likes to mix and match his Spanish and English vocabularies. For those of you who are not used to these linguistic contortions, "esta" means "this one," and "aqui" means "here."
